Snackable Games provides free browser-based games including:

  • Trivia and quiz games (Movies, Music, Sports, Books, Animals)
  • Audio-based games (Blind Test)
  • Puzzle games (Sudoku)

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Use automated systems or bots to access the Service
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code
  • Circumvent any technical measures we use to provide the Service

4. Intellectual Property

All content on Snackable Games, including but not limited to games, graphics, text, and code, is the property of Snackable Games or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Third-party data (movie information, music metadata, book details) is sourced from external APIs and databases. The respective rights belong to their original owners (IMDb, iTunes/Apple Music, Open Library, etc.).

5. User-Generated Content

When you submit feedback, bug reports, or suggestions through our feedback system:

  • You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your feedback to improve the Service
  • You represent that your submission does not violate any third-party rights
  • We are not obligated to implement any suggestions or compensate you for them

6. Advertising

The Service is supported by advertisements provided by third-party advertising networks, including Google AdSense. These ads may use cookies and similar technologies. By using the Service, you consent to the display of advertisements.

We do not control the content of third-party advertisements and are not responsible for any products or services advertised.

We are not responsible for any loss of game progress or statistics.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO USE THE SERVICE (WHICH IS ZERO, AS THE SERVICE IS FREE).

11. Availability

We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. We may:

  • Modify or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time
  • Temporarily suspend access for maintenance or updates
  • Remove or add games without notice

We will not be liable for any unavailability of the Service.
